    Customs fees

    Depending on your local customs policy you might be charged for receiving a MOSTRO. These charges are not included in the sale price. If you think we can help in this matter, send us an email.

    When will you ship my order?

    We currently have a small inventory of MOSTROs available, we'll ship one to you in two business days, maximum.

    What is the return policy?

    If your synth has a manufacturing problem we will fix it no cost if you send it to us. We will not be held accountable if any damage to your synth is caused by missuse (for example pouring liquids over it, or breaking any of its parts).
